Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. About These Terms
By using SpotlessQuote you agree to these terms. SpotlessQuote is operated by Lucent Design LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("SpotlessQuote", "we", "us"). It is software that lets cleaning companies ("merchants") accept online bookings through their Jobber account. We are not a cleaning company and do not provide cleaning services. SpotlessQuote is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jobber.
2. Customers
- The cleaning company you book with provides the service and is responsible for scheduling, confirming the exact arrival time, pricing, cancellations, and service quality.
- Submitting a booking sends a request to that company; it is not guaranteed until they confirm.
- To cancel or reschedule, contact the cleaning company directly.
- Prices shown are estimates based on the information you enter. The final price is invoiced by the cleaning company through Jobber.
- SpotlessQuote does not process payments.
3. Merchants
- You connect your own Jobber account and authorize us to create and read the records needed for bookings (clients, properties, jobs, visits, notes).
- You may disconnect at any time; we stop accessing your Jobber account and delete your tokens.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
- Subscription pricing may apply; we will tell you before any charges begin.
- You are responsible for the services you offer, your prices, and your dealings with your customers.
4. Availability & Changes
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service or these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the update.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotlessQuote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any cleaning company. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections that the law of the place you live gives you.
